I was born in Florida. I moved to Georgia in 1982.I decided to do the family tree when my grandmother and grandfather passed away. That was in 1994. I started asking family members for information. It wasn't until 1997 when I was able to get online and research information. The internet has been a huge help in my effort to create The Strout Family Tree. I was able to gather information on families from other states while not traveling to those states. This site has been dedicated to my grandchildren. We are trying to get both sites, The Strout Family Tree, and The Self Family Tree, up and running. This site is becoming our primary site as of January 1, 2005. Once this site is finished, then we will start once again on The Self Family Tree website. We've not set a "Live" (online up-and-running) date as of yet but maybe in the short future we'll have a more detailed description. Thank you for making The Strout Family Tree your choice for Strout information.
Try to catch a Strout Tree user online by checking out our Java Chat page. It'll be hard to catch someone at first but hopefully our regulars will start chatting. It's a "Free" chat service but it works for now, atleast until we finaly get to register. The Java Chat link is also top lef in the "Informational Pages" catagory. .
